Pretty basic but OK for price. Some bolts missing but received discount.

I didn't have a sofa and couldn't afford one over 100 pounds so decided on this one. It's hard so the back needs some more padding. I did this by using two blankets on the back. It's worked! The bottom is hard too. It's suits me for the price. It's sturdy but it's not comfy like a sofa. I've got some cushions to help with the hardness of the sofa. You can lie down on it but not with legs stretched out. I'm 5.4 in height.Again, the base is hard so don't expect comfy.It's perfect for me right now. In the future I'll get a sofa but for now this suits the purpose I need it for. One person can fit it together but don't over tighten before all screws are in place. We got two of these for our conservatory and they look great, although you wouldn't want to sit on them for too long – they are a bit firm. When putting them together, we'd advise you don't tighten up the screws that join the seat and back until the sofa is completely assembled; this will enable you to get the holes to line up when adding the arm rests etc.

Love the upholstery but it took hours to put together as the holes for the screws did not line up properly at all. An Allen key would not do the job. We neatly returned it.

Damaged goods. Difficult dialogue with company. Only option by them was a reluctant partial refund rather than replacement
