First off I want to say that the product itself is great. But it's worth mentioning the problem with shipping. I ordered a pack of two. They arrived tightly wrapped/taped up in bubble wrap, but then placed in a box that was way too large and otherwise empty, so they must have bounced around a lot. As a result, one jar arrived with the lid slightly open -- the freshness seal was popped and some of the product had leaked out, making it probably unsafe to eat. So buyer beware of the Amazon shipping since there are no returns.The other jar was fine and I made a delicious sauce out of it. I appreciate the less acidic, milder taste than red tomatoes. I just wish I had two jars!Note that this is really just pureed yellow tomatoes and I would caution against using it on pasta by itself. You at least need to saute it with some onions/garlic and seasoning first and make a marinara. There is a recipe on the jar that is helpful to use as a guide.

The product itself is great, flavorful, and what I’d expect, but I basically paid twice as much because one leaked as the top loosened in transit and is unsafe to consume. The jars were carefully packed to no move around but it could been caused by a pressure change - regardless, very pricey and can’t recommend ordering

Family members have a hard time eating my red tomato sauce due to stomach issues. This yellow sauce doesn't bother them. Much less acidic. Even I think it tastes pretty good. Just need to know how to season it correctly. Will order it again.

Purchased because yellow tomatoes have lower acid content and I have digestive problems. I made sauce with this and it was fantastic! Contains only yellow tomatoes and salt. I will definitely purchase again.

Works great for Pizza. I don't eat red tomato sauce, because of the acid. Enjoy having homemade pizza again, as well as pasta with sauce. The flavor is mild, so adding own seasonings works well.

I had never heard of yellow tomato sauce before, but decided to try it. Delicious!
