I am an amazon vine reviewer. The Classic Accessories Veranda 71972 patio chaise cover is very easy to use. Within a short time of it being delivered, my wife and I had read the (clear) instructions and gone out to fit it to our (sun lounger) – chaise.Our chaise is a little smaller than the maximum size of the cover and it fitted very easily. In the “Instructions and Care” single A4 sheet, it shows the features that apply to a variety of chaises. In the case of the 71972 model, it has 2 click-close straps that are clicked to a front and back leg of the chaise respectively. These straps can be adjusted to suit the leg size.At the “head end” of the cover is an adjustable cord closure, so you can tension up the cover. This cord closure is the same as those you find on nap sacks.You need to check there are no sharp objects that could cut through the cover. After we fitted the cover it poured with rain – perfect timing for a test!Following the shower, we lifted one corner of the cover and the chaise and its cushion were perfectly dry. The makers suggest that the cushion is removed so that mildew does not form.The rain has poured several times on and off over the last few days and the cover has performed perfectly.For storage you are advised to ensure the cover is properly dry before you fold it and store it. Also, to just clean the cover with lukewarm water – not with soap or detergents as these jeopardise the waterproof properties of the cover. Store the cover in an inside area.The cover is an attractive cream colour with a brown “hem” at the bottom. The material is 100% woven polyester with a laminated PVC backing. The material is reassuringly thick. The cover will fit chaises up to 78” long, 33.5” deep and 33” high. It has a strap of the same material at the head and foot of the cover.The cover comes with a “hassle-free” 3-year limited warranty.I think the cover is well made and is very competitively priced. On the basis of this and its excellent rain repellent performance I rate it at 5 stars.
