I bought 2 mirrors. They cannot be hung assuming the same bracket measurements. One bracket is the mirror image of the other bracket. In addition, one is half an inch farther down the frame than the other. We can work around it, but you made it unnecessarily difficult.

Mirrors were not easy to hang, requires a lot of measuring and then if the anchors are even 1/8” off, new holes must be drilled into wall. If I had known how difficult these would be to hang (and my husband can do almost anything) I might not have ordered.

Great product, looks extremely expensive for the price. Easy to install, BUT very heavy. Needed an extra set of hands to get it up.

I bought two mirrors to hang over double sinks in the main bathroom. Not only do they look great, they are extremely well made: seamless brushed gold frames, solid layered backing behind the high quality glass. They were shipped in so many layers of cushioning protection, you'd think the Mona Lisa was in the boxes. That's all the good part. The mirrors themselves deserve 5 stars, but I took away 1 star because the hanging instructions and hardware are so bad, they're pretty useless. The instructions give a range of sizes for drill bits, but the enclosed anchor requires a 1/4" bit. These anchors are so flimsy and cheap, they bend and twist at the first whack of the hammer. So before you even begin hanging the mirrors, buy sturdy plastic anchors or use anchor and screw sets you already have at hand. Just make sure the head of the screws are large enough to catch securely behind the hanging holes in the frame.

Purchased 2 for new master bath. Came with drywall anchors and screws for easy mounting. One of the black frames was a little loose but once hung it looked fine. Very happy with mirror quality- no distortion.

The mirror itself is great, but I do not know what Amazon is doing that I have received 2 shattered mirrors of different brands. Please label your boxes clearly that it is fragile, and tell your couriers to handle your customers item with care!!!
