Purchased these replacement filer for my whole house filter system. I have well water and I was tired of the smell, taste and the look of dirty rusty water. These filters do a great job of cleaning up the water, I changed the filters at 6 months, next time I’ll change them at 4 months. These filters were direct replacement, I cleaned out the canisters and made sure the seals and o-rings were clean. They were easy to change, used the filters at wrench tool to loosen and tighten the canisters. Make sure after your turn your water back on be you bleed out the air by pressing the red button on top of the canister.

These water filters go several months for us without needing to be replaced. They are a great value. They fit in the housing perfectly. There are never any leaks so we know the water we are drinking is pure. For our family of three, one set of filters lasts about three months. When there were four of us, we had to replace about every two months for optimal pressure. We have been using these filters in our current set-up for over two years. We have not had any issues. The water quality is excellent and will filter about 8k-10k gallons of water depending on the quality of the water you are filtering.

To get it to work, you need to let water run for 5 min right after installing ( then release air from container, filter system) that will give you normal pressure again. Works good

I've used this whole house filter for many years. As such the O-rings that go on the blue canisters for the WD-WHF21-PG became stretched and made it difficult to reinstall the canister.This was not a defect, It’s been through use the O-ring stretched and makes it very difficult to put the canister back on.I contacted Olivia at Waterdrop to to determine the size of the O-ring so that I could buy a new one. After identifying the correct size she offered to send their replacement. I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the responsiveness and help from just sending Waterdrop an Email. I got 6 months out of my last filters from Waterdrop and my water is kinda bad city water than gels inside faucets. These are slightly different from last ones I used but still seemed well made and offered better filtration. Fit great, all orings present, fair price i feel but not the cheapest out there of course. Water pressure improved and its still crystal clear. Now to flush my water heater.
