Puffin Bodyguard: Fugitive (Book 6)

I bought my son the first three books in this series for Christmas, as he loved the Young Samurai series. He was reluctant to pick them up, thinking they wouldn't be as good. But once he'd read the first chapter or two of the first book, he was hooked. He read the first 3 books in about 10 days and then begged for the rest of the series. If there's one thing I don't mind spending money on, it's books!By the way, although my son is 13yo, I also know a 10yo who is really enjoying the Young Samurai series, so I gave him The Bodyguard Book 1 for his birthday. I'm sure he'll love it too.

This book is really the second part of Ambush. The original 4 book series has been reissued as an 8 book series. Really? Did the publishers need to do this?

If you have already read the series including Book 3 'Ambush' then do not buy this book. It is the same book released under a different name as other reviews have stated.I unfortunately didn't know this when I bought it and just spent 5 hours re reading it with constant fits of deja vu.

Excellent wrap up to a series that has kept me wanting to read more all the way through. Good use of different countries cultures aswell.
