D3 Spray

I have a sleep disorder, and I need different supplements to help deal with it. I also don't see the sun too much. Even though I take a good multivitamin and calcium, magnesium, and D3 supplements, my latest blood work showed low D3. My hair also falls out a lot. I thought it was just menopause at this point, as I do everything right for my hair (satin night cap, minoxidil, correct shampooing, collagen powder). Then I found out that hair follicles need D3 to operate properly. Since starting this supplement, hair loss has decreased by more than half. It's crazy, honestly. All of these articles and products I've checked out failed to mention that D3 is very important for hair growth. I totally recommend this supplement to anyone with a sleep disorder or lives in a low-light zone like we do (less than nine hours of daylight during the winter). It really works. It also tastes like buttercream frosting.

I've been using this for over a month, and I'm incredibly impressed by how well it absorbs. I've been on Vitamin D supplements for over a year and had a P.A. tell me that Vitamin D needs to be taken with healthy fats to absorb best for women. I wasn't sure how I would like this product, and while the consistency and flavor are not my favorite, the end result is excellent. I will be purchasing again.

I wanted to get something the whole family could use (even though it says not to be used by children, I have done my research, and I give this to my toddlers.) That is why I gave it 4 stars. I like to put a half a pump (500 ius) into my childrens' cereal or yogurt and they can't even taste it. I would recommend buying this as it is safe, easy, convenient, and a good quality product for people who need more vitamin D. You can carry it in your purse, and use it when you remember to. No hassle.

Easy 1 spray a day in the mouth for the Vit D. Tastes like vanilla and does not leave an after taste or oily mouth. highly recommend this compared to oils or pills. Product has high absorption rate so you get more for your money. Great for night shift workers, Pac NW residents, mature adults for bone density. Excellent quality.

Very beneficial for my low vitamin D levels. Using it for years

I’ve been buying this brand of vitamins for years. I found the spray Vitamin D easy to take, and highly effective. So, I can recommend. The drawbacks worth noting: the taste is not too yummy, but definitely not bad either; the nozzle occasionally gets a bit stuck, but I’ve found if I leave it out of the fridge for a few hours, it’s easy to clean and unstick. Overall, great product.

Pros: ~I love that this is vegan. ~I love the liquid form I am much more willing to take liquids than pills. ~Decent size dose of Vitamins ~Has 125 doses of 1000IU ~It has extra Omegas. Its not just D3 ~Its Organic Cons: ~ The Taste... Oily Vanilla ... I just can't get paste the taste... I have really stopped taking it and only take it maybe once a week and I have really low D levels... I can't really explain the flavor it does have a vanilla taste to it but ... ugh .. it actually gags me... That is the only con I can think off really... I do like the company and their B12 I really like. Its not oily like the D3 is ( But all Liquid D3s are oily). The Raspberry flavor is great and I use it all the time. When I do take the Vitamin D3 I make sure I have water and the Garden of Life mykind Organics Organic B-12 Spray, 2oz Spray to spray the nasty Vanilla of the D3 away and even after that the D3 still kinda sticks with ya.... Would I buy it again? Probably not unless it was the only Liquid Vegan D3 available .. and then I would probably try pills first... I like Nordic Naturals Vitamin D3 Vegan-1 oz . I have used 3 bottles of it. It has an oily green apple flavor to it.. that may sound less appealing than Vanilla ... But I do like the flavor much better! So no ... But I will purchase other products from the company again.. So its not the company or even vitamin its self.. Just the flavor... I am also going to leave a review sometime in the future for another Vegan D3 Country Life Vegan D3 Capsules, 60 Count ...
