They have a very sour/astringent taste to them. So you will have to like that in chocolate if you are going to enjoy them.

Wasn't great. Gritty and bitter

My bf loved these chocolates for his bday. I did a 5 senses gift box for him and used this as taste. He enjoys dark chocolate and the darker the better, I don’t. He absolutely adored the 92% chocolate bar. His favorite was the 80 & 92% dark chocolates. The first one, which is 70 percent was actually good too. Id order these again but only for him, since he loves this stuff lol

If you never tried Madagascar chocolate before give it a taste. It has a unique flavor. Reminds me of wine tasting.

Love these bars but sadly 2 from the set looked as if the packages had been chewed on a a foil was open with chucks gone in one corner. Seller is sending a replacement after I let them know!These bars are great and the 92% dark has a slight cherry flavor.

I didn’t like these bars, enough that they didn’t get eaten! The flavor is sour and not a deep rich chocolate. I guess that is how they are expected to taste for this region? Too bad.

I used this chocolate in multiple recipes and loved the results in all cases. I used the 92% in brownies, the 80% in hot chocolate and the 70% in chocolate chip cookies. All three kinds are extremely high quality and rich with a smooth texture that is hard to find in such high percentage chocolate- making them all good for eating on their own too. Highly recommend!
