I guess it was and awesome bag because someone stole it. So someone really really wanted it.

Nice but could be way more durable. Inside started to tear right away

I like that I can pack all of the things that I need for work in all three of the chambers. It's easy to carry with the large strap. Only downside is that the bottom chamber keeps folding down when I put my food on top. Wish there was a durable hard liner that would fit in the bottom so my bag wouldn't fold down. Other than that, it's a great bag and well insulated.

I use this everyday for work as I’m a construction worker, so I carry 4 32oz water bottles with ice plus snacks and my lunch in this. I liked having the strap for around my shoulders but one day it snapped on me. Up until that moment it was a FANTASTIC product because I love having the 3-tiers so I can separate all my things. If the durability was better it would be 5 stars but it’s getting 3 for the fact that a month after I bought it, it broke. And the mesh net on the side where I keep my wallet, hand sanitizer and my phone already has a hole in it at the bottom making it easy for my things to fall out.

EDIT: So, for the most part, my original review still stands. However, at only about 3 months old, the bag has already torn. I am very careful with my bags but I do carry my bag almost every day. The inner lining on the main compartment, the bottom or lower compartment, has torn all the way across the front of the bag and please know that I do not stuff this thing full. Anyway, beware, hopefully if you order you will get a good one. Now, I'm off to search for a new bag.Overall, this is a great bag, especially for what I was looking for and replacing an older product. There is plenty of storage and separate compartments and does really well at keeping my items cool throughout the day. My only complaint would be the flimsy-ness of the lower main compartment. Granted I do understand the design but as soon as you take out ice packs or items from the lower main compartment, the weight of the rest of the bag causes everything to collapse and in general makes it a little annoying to deal with. Also, I could do without the middle compartment and just make the lower main compartment a little bigger. Overall, I really like the bag, just a few minor annoyances.

It has plenty of storage which I love. However, it’s very flimsy and if there’s nothing on the bottom, it constantly falls over and collapses on itself. I wish It had some sort of plastic shell on the inside to keep it from falling over.

Hands down the best investment I’ve made in lunch bags and trust me I have a few. As a flight attendant out of the house for half the month I need as much food with me as I can. I was impressed to see how much this bag holds and that it truly was leak proof. I also like that it has different compartments (hot/cold/utensils/snacks…or whatever you need). I’m super happy about it. I also like that it’s not too bulky, I already carry lots of bags. Worth the money. But it. You won’t be disappointed

Replaced this with my old Walmart one. This one is much bigger in size and height. It does not come with a plastic insert for the bottom space but I used the one from my old one. I should deduct a star for that but was onto in the description so I won't. This being much roomies especially with the third layer of space. I get my shaker glass and five pieces of fruit in the bottom, 2 bananas 2apples 1 pear and 3 small oranges in the bottom and I have not used the middle space, I put my two small breakfast and lunch dry meals two containers in the top with plenty of room left and my Morakniv in the front pouch. Easy to access and clean and seems very well made and all zippers are well structured and sewn in place. It comes with a shoulder strap and a nylon top handle for carrying. I like the size of this. I ordered the black and its a nice pattern in the material. Buy it if your looking for something just a noticeable bit bigger than the Walmart Ozark.

The size is good but the one and only time I used it, the day after it arrived, the zipper on the front pocket, split. It didn't stand up even with containers inside, it kept falling over. I am not happy with this item at all! If I could I would send it back and get a refund.
