Essential!!
I love this brand. I have their face scrub as well and it's great. The body scrub is so nice too. I love that it's also better for the environment because it doesn't have those plastic bubble things in them that most products use for exfoliation.

The coffee grounds are a bit large for a good exfoliate and the scrub itself is a bit more liquidy than expected so it ended up way messier than expected.
