I have had a bamboo pillow for a long time and the one I had before, I could not find anymore it was just time to get a new one. I started to search and read reviews and I thought I would give this brand a try.First of all the pillow comes in the plastic bag that is shown in the picture. The pillow is put in there really good. When you take it out of the bag, it is this very flat messed up mess (being honest). When you read the instruction and do exactly what it says, you get this amazing big thick pillow. It stated to let it air for a day. Well, this is what I did...I put my pillow on a pants hanger and for extra support, I got the biggest safety pin I could find and I put the pin through the middle of the pillow by the seam and then closed the pin around the hook of the hanger and luckily it was a nice sunny day, I put mine outside to air. Because it will have a very strong smell to it at first but the smell will (at least mine did) go away.I do not like a firm pillow because I am a side sleeper and the one thing that I like with this new pillow that my old pillow did not have was a cover with a zipper for washing and the main body of the pillow had a zipper too that you can take the little foam pieces out to make the pillow as soft as you want or whatever firmness you like.This is a great pillow and I liked it so much and my husband needed a new one too, that he got me to order him one the next day. He did exactly like I did about the airing of the pillow and the smell went away. He likes his pillow with a little more firm and thickness to it because he stays mainly on his back and he does not wake up with his neck bothering him, like the old one. His old one was a bamboo pillow also. He adjusted his pillow to the thickness and firmness too by taking out some of the foam that is in the body of the pillow.For the price of these 2 pillows are great.We are both very happy with our new bamboo pillows.

Love my bamboo pillow. The quality is even better than the one I had 5 years ago, that my granddaughter decided to keep. The pillow is so comfortable and the height, cooling effect and size are perfect. I got a queen size and it fits by queen pillowcases perfectly. I highly recommend you give this pillow a try. You will not be disappointed. The packing and quickness of the product shipping were great. Thank you so much for helping sleep better now.

2nd review !! originally rated pillow for to much thickness . discription said to remove memory foam to suit pillow fit to personal preference . i forgot that !!! removed foam and will sleep tonight .will adjust foam amount to my liking .apprectiate their forethought in designing pillow !! believe rating will be a 5 star !!!! my mistake !!!!!! quality product .

Ummm it’s ok but not to my liking it too firm

I purchased one of these pillows before and reordered two additional ones. I like the fact that full can be removed to adjust it for your neck shape and comfort. I am a side sleeper and this works well for me.

I stayed a few days at my sisters home. She let me use a Bamboo pillow. It was the most comfortable pillow. So I bought one for myself.

Not at all what was expected by the description! It’s hard as a log, & doesn’t conform to head shape or weight. Very uncomfortable! The worst part about it is the when you have to return it the customer has no way to reduce the size for shipment, & it’s hit with a $10.65 for shipping box at UPS. Not worth the hassle!

It’s a great pillow, very soft and comfortable. I expected it to be thicker than it is but it still has a comfortable feel to it. I’m sure a thicker one would be a lot more comfortable but still a great deal for your dollar. East to wash and dry. Nice soft cottony pillowcase material.
