How many times can this tea be re-steeped and How many servings or cup of tea can this whole tea tin (50g) make?

You can re-steep it up to 3 times depending on your taste preference. Slightly increase the water temperature with each successive steeping for best results. Get about 30 cups from one tea tin, potentially more since it can be resteeped.

Is there an expiration & manufacture or pick date on the product and does it include the stems?

You can find the best-before date on the kraft paper pouch located inside the airtight tea tin where the tea is packaged. No stems included. Gyokuro consists solely of tea leaves.
