This was the item I needed, however it is listed as black vinyl. The item I received was bare aluminum, and the photo of the item on amazon is shown as blue. This fits a parking cite book well, and it has a storage compartment. I don’t recommend this for your longer cite book (for movers/criminal) it may not fit.
