6 months strong!
I wanted to wait to review this until I used it for a while. I want to start by saying some negative reviews on here almost convinced me to buy a cheaper version, but in a weak moment when I was packing for a trip with an 8-week old I realized I didn't have a good bag to pack my pump in and so I hit "purchase." I have zero regrets! I take this to work every day and I've been back to work for almost six months, and the bag looks great! I travel with it on trips and I've used it on the weekends coaching for a whole day. I use a Spectra and I have a 15" Macbook Pro. There is no sign of wear AT ALL! And trust me, I am hard on bags. I like my purses to be real leather and I use the same one for a few years until it's beaten up and I NEED a new one (favorites have been fossil, kate spade, etc..). Here are my highlights:1. It doesn't scream "THIS IS MY PUMPING BAG" -- I love that it looks like a regular bag. The gold details are just enough to make it not boring. It looks professional and can easily be used as a diaper bag when I don't want it to be a briefcase.2. The top zipper - shove everything in and zip it closed.3. The size - big enough for my pump in one compartment, my parts in the other, my laptop in the sleeve, and then I can shove extra milk bags, my nursing cover, hands free bar, and a bunch of other stuff (even my lunch if I don't want to zip it) and I'm not carrying 3 bags.4. The pockets - easy to organize and I can find everything fast. I even use the pocket that's meant for a rolling suitcase handle for folders ! I love the little front pocket for my phone and the elastic pockets on the inside for stuff! The spot for my pump is just big enough that I can twist my pump to the side to charge it. I almost NEVER take it out of this bag.5. The straps - tote style or messenger style. I love the option of both. I think I use it both ways daily.6. The quality - the handles are sturdy, the fabric is thick, and the zippers are quality. None of the brown parts on my bag are cracking like I saw in some reviews.I seriously think I would continue to use this bag after I'm done pumping as a weekender bag or a travel briefcase (when I need more stuff than just for an 8 hour day). I'm so happy I splurged on this.

Buy the bag, don’t wait
Alright I’ve had this bag for 7 months or so. Struggled to justify the expense at first but just went ahead and bought it. Probably during a middle of the night pump session! Anyway, best purchase I have made for my pumping/breastfeeding journey. I’ve even unpacked it and used as a diaper bag. Have had the opportunity to travel with it and I couldn’t be happier.Coupled with the cold gold and pumparoo, it really does make things nicer when you have great convenience. It still is in perfect condition, despite daily use to work, traveling, and as a diaper bag. I bought a second bag, the Lizzy, to use as a diaper bag going forward. I love it also. They are perfect weekend bags too. I see myself using it for years and years!

Large bag that somehow doesn't hold a lot?
This bag seems very large, and yet doesn't hold as much as I'd like. I think it's due to there being two different sized pump pockets--the one I'm not using folds up but it's still kind of bulky. The interior pockets are also a little too large to be useful (stuff gets lost in them). Still, it looks nice/professional for work. It comfortably fits my spectra pump, a laptop, a small cosmetics case, and some pump accessories (bags, wipes, marker). But it's a struggle to also fit my Sarah Wells cooler bag with bottle/flanges, and a water bottle, and still zip it. Can fit a few snacks but not a full lunch. I really wish it had an exterior water bottle pocket, and for the price, they could make two different bags with the different sized pockets.

Good enough if you have a deskjob
When I went back to work, I was hoping not to carry my Spectra S2 in a beach tote bag or in my backpack since I was afraid of losing or getting parts dirty and was hoping for a more professional bag.Pro1) It can somewhat pass as a work bag.2) It fits my Spectra S2 and the tubing in one compartment and keeps it clean.3) The main compartment also zips up so I am not worried about losing things when I throw stuff in there4) The side compartments can be reduced which is sometimes helpful to get some more space.Con:1) I still need a backpack, so while this replaced my cloth tote bag for my pump, I have not yet consolidated into 1 simple bag. I carry in this bag my pump, pump parts and some papers. However I need my backpack for my lunchbag (for lunch) and another lunchbag where I keep icepacks for my pumped milk. I cannot fit four 5 oz medela bottles and 2-3 ice packs into the other insulated compartment of this bag. And while it states insulated, I still like to have ice packs to keep my milk colder and for my peace of mind.2) In retrospect, I think I should've bought a Sarah Wells pump backback. Things get heavy and then makes you asymmetrical in terms of weight carrying and like others have noted, the straps are not the most comfortable. I did not initially get the backpack because there was no solid black color and although the prints looked pretty, did not look professional enough. While my current setup has been ok for my short walks at my work, I have an upcoming conference and am dreading carrying this and killing my shoulder walking around all the time. I may actually consider a larger non-breastpump backpack to even the load.
