I am a liver transplant recipient, and because of anti-rejection meds, I struggle to maintain my magnesium levels. I have taken this kind of magnesium since my transplant, as prescribed by my doctor from the pharmacy. They had a shortage and told me it was an OTC med, and I could probably find it in a store or on Amazon. I found it here. My levels have increased slightly, which is great because they were always above acceptable and at a lower price than from my pharmacy. My only issue is that they come in a capsule, and there is always magnesium dust in the bottle. And it tastes nasty! Otherwise, this works great. I have it on a subscription from Amazon, and it shows up every 2 weeks without me having to even think about it, and at an even lower price.
