Owner resolved issues with an unexpected personal phone call.Wow! I had a really bad experience with installing these racks. Each bolt supplied would not thread with the supplied nuts and so on. The racking seemed to be functional so we went out of our way to purchase and replace every nut and bolt with grade A replacements. After that it seemed to work.After only four months the paint had faded with oxidation and the decals were gone. However, we do store our trailers outside so that’s to be expected in this price range of product. Paint is cheap to touch up!So, with some time I received a direct phone call from Jungle Jim himself!!! I had not reached out other than a review on Amazon. I was flabbergasted that a large company would even take the time with a small order such as mine! He explained difficulties with amazon and new manufacturing facilities... etc. All made a great deal of since givin today’s economy.All in all.This spells out clearly that Jungle Jim truly stands behind products and support customers with every need.I have never been treated so well. I would now recommend Jungle Jims’s products to all of my friends in the industry and will continue to purchase from them in the future. After all now I have Jim’s direct cell number! ;)

I had an issue with my unit and jungle Jim’s was in contact with me and did everything they could to make the issue correct! I will make sure i check them out again anytime I need something for my landscaping trailers!

This is very well built. It is strong enough for me (150) pounds to sit in. Although, I did have a trimmer rack weld break. I contacted Jennifer at Jungle Jim’s and she sent me a replacement right away. Only reason this is not 5 stars is because the blower rack has some sharp edges and cuts away at my backpack blower. I just filed the edges down and made it better. Overall, it is a great product and greatly improves productivity.

Was a 5 hour project to install on angle iron trailer. Instructions are all kinds of off and so is the video online, but if you have some basic know how you can make everything work.

Took a little to put together but well worth it. Works great fit great. I couldn't be happier

Great product. I mow 20 yards on my days off and put this off. Wish I had bought it years ago. Well worth the money. Make sure you have some help and a beer to assemble.

Did not come with all hardware to put together. Had to spend more money at the hardware store so we could put together.

All the washers and nuts weren't in the packaging,and it was a major pain to assemble instructions are poorly stated . It does the job and is sturdy but would not buy again .
