Know what you’re getting into…
The ProFlex product is thicker and a bit tricky to install, but it provide good crack isolation for tile that could experience concrete slab movement.I’d suggest that you consider another vendor. They sent me a double order, and it was like pulling teeth to return what was their mistake. To make matters worse, they were unappreciative, inconsiderate and caused me to do their legwork. One would expect some compensation for returning $500 of product, but they and Amazon thought it was my responsibility to correct their problem.
