If the watch was delivered- maybe it was stolen. You can contact Amazon. If it hadn’t been delivered- you can contact Amazon for a refund.

I purchased the “J-Lo” watch, and I tried searching for the replacement battery for this model U1156L2- but I can’t find it. Apologies. Good Luck!
