Though it works to quash irritations in the back of my throat... Trying to actually spray the back of your/our throat is harder than it seems. I found the best way to do so is on a deep inhaling breath. So exhale, position it at your lips, inhale deeply and spray to breath it in. This is the only way to get it back there. Otherwise it ends up on the roof of our mouth or across the back of our tongue.

At the first sign of sore throat, assuming it’s not cov!d, you use the Betadine spray And you can head off sore throat cold etc. it honestly works so well! But you have to use it the second you feel a sore throat coming on, the earlier the better, it will not work if your viral or bacterial load is too high. There’s also works well for HFMD in children over six, we recently found studies supporting used topically and in the mouth, and tried it with our child and it worked to reduce and eliminate sores from HFMD. Highly recommend!

I bought this last year and it has worked wonders for me and my family at dealing with a sore throat. Very disappointing to see when I came to repurchase (it I paid less than $7 last April) it’s now $20?!
