If the item will not be in stock until 10/21, will we still recieve the item by Halloween?

We have this item currently in stock. You're welcome to place your order anytime.

Mine looks nothing like the hat in the picture... It is a thin flaky hat with a Velcro strap in the back, not elastic. The propeller is also silver?

The one I received was made of very flimsy fabric & had a red plastic propeller. It did look similar to the picture, but very cheep looking. I didn't really care because it was a gag gift.

Does sold by 2 mean I get 2? Or I have to buy 2?

Right you only get one ,but its always good to Buy-2

About what is the circumference of the adult hat? I'm not sure if I'm in the "one size fits most" range.

The adult size hat I received did not fit my 10 year old or any of the 25 other 10 year olds in his class. This is too small & would not fit an adult either. I don't have the exact measurements as we had to return it.

Pretty darn good.

Surprisingly high quality, fits better than any other hat I’ve bought even though it’s a goofy one. Bought it to wear while driving my bike, gets a lot of stares.
