I have some ballet flats I l wear to work but they don't give me enough support to walk or be on my feet for very long. Which insert would be best?

Will these work well in eeee (extra wide) running shoe? if so should i order a size larger 12/13 and trim, or the 10/11?

II they don’t come in extra wide then no. They fit medium width shoes. Buy true to size and trim if necessary. In other words if you wear 11 then you’ll need to trim them they are sized well don’t need trimming if you wear 12. They last well will need new insert at 4-5 months

You have to cut to size. You have outlines for all sizes to cut.

Are these memory foam.?

No they’re not memory foam. They are far better at cushioning than memory foam would be. They good for walking, running or just standing. Without these insoles my feet would get tired much faster.
