Dizzy Pig's Dizzy Dust has been my go to rub for the past two years, winning accolades and a few local BBQ contests with it. When I was looking to mix it up a bit I went to Dizzy Pig first and ordered the Crossroads rub. What a nice change this has been, I will always fall back on the Dizzy Dust, but the Crossroads is definitely in the rotation now. I've used it on ribs, pulled pork, beef ribs, and spatchcocked chickens. It is flat out fantastic. I'm considering using it in the next cook off I enter.

Some rubs and seasonings have components that conflict with each other. The proportion and type of spice components in Crossroads is perfect for ribs, chicken, and pork I have cooked on my smoker.

I use Dizzy Pig all the time to include competition BBQ. The local store I purchased DP in the past closed and I drifted to other less reliable brands. Then someone mentioned DP can be purchased online on Amazon.This rub got me a 2nd place finish in ribs. Good stuff!

I definitely like the BBQ taste. It's not too spicy and does well on pork, beef and chicken.

I grill year around. One of my family favorites are turkey burgers- this seasoning is perfect for any kind of burger. Also amazing on Boston butts and chicken.

Been buying this for a while. Great rub for chicken, ribs, or any pork about to be BBQ'd or even roasted. Low salt content makes it even better. I've used on just about everything. Makes a great gift too for that bbq lover friend.
