Gives wonderful insight into the fiction of Nabakov
One of the greatest masters or storytelling in the English language was of course, Russian. These poems are a glimpse inside the master’s mind. Highly recommended.

Book edition
I got the book but certainly is a different edition than what it is advertised

Word to the wise
This is not Nabokov's fault -- but I need to warn other readers not to buy this book if you already have the Knopf Selected Poems. The content of the two volumes is identical in every way.

A Worthy Edition
Finally, a beautiful edition from Penguin worthy of the master Vladimir Nabokov: the hardcover book is nice to hold, truly sewn, and is set in the very pleasing Joanna type (originally designed by Eric Gill and named after his daughter in the 1930s). Although I do own all of Nabokov's first editions (Putnam, McGraw-Hill, Weidenfeld & Nicolson), this new Penguin edition of all his works is a welcome addition that invites one to re-re-read this most re-readable of writers, and I look forward to the other titles in this series.

Poorly formatted for Kindle!
While it is nice to have this to read in Kindle format (reading on my Ipad), the presentation is ruined by having the poem line numbers (every 5) in the same size type and in the same line as the poem itself. Thus a line of the poem appears on the page exactly like this : 15 in the stillness of his revolutionsIt makes it impossible to enjoy reading the poem when every five lines a number appears as part of the line.. Fix this, Amazon!
