Strip light first stopped certain colors like purple. Then just went Dim.
Strip lights both sides to dim to see. App briteness does nothing. Turn signal still works. Checked voltage to controller 13+ volts. Checked controller output to strip light plug. Each has one pin at13+ volts. Only had for two months. Can't tell if it is the lights or the controller.Pics above show strip light brightness in dark garage then strip light compared to running yellow light. Maybe got a lemon but, 30 days is up. So I guess I just have running lights....

Lights do not pair up
Just installed my lights but one side I can not control from my phone...Why is that? But very bright lights

Great Addition to my 2020 JL Rubicon
October 2023Update: Product still holding up, amber leds lights working well. Multi color strips have started to not work, multiple colors not working anymore. However still overall a good product.April 2021Pro: Product works as designed and is easy to install (hardware)Pro: Looks great and definitely looks like it is a factory additionCons: Wiring Schematic is incorrect for 2020 JL Rubicon with LED Lighting packed (I'm glad I checked the wiring diagram before starting) 2 of the pins were correct however the 3rd connection (wire is noticeably smaller) is actually the fault return line to the BCM this could cause issues if you tapped into it) so make sure you take the time to look at the appropriate schematic for your application.Cons: Unit is not completely Plug and Play, Power must be ran to both Lights along with Power and Ground to the control so make sure you order the appropriate add-on's you need to install

Great idea but…..
Bought the product in March for my husband. In the middle of June the RGB lights either a would not change color or be lost all brightness. Reached out to customer service multiple times I have not heard back from them at all. No email or phone calls

Great stuff I get asked were I Bought it every day ppl stop me and ask10/21/21 Left side stopped working alreadyThe company reached out to me and sent me a new one01/27/22 now the other side first cpl leds are colored I’ll ad pic soon02/12/22 Now Right side bottom leds won’t goto white color there discolored2/24/22 contacted them about my issue on both sides2/26/22 Got a box of all new lights and wires fantastic company this raised the review rating lights will be running at Jeep Beach in the light show. Keep up the good service!!
