We love Misa! I am so happy I bought this! It is so much fun for the whole family we have had a great time using this. I received my Misa last week and I am delighted. I have three words of caution, READ THE MANUAL. When I first set it up the Misa button did not work. She did not hear me or respond. After finally reading the user manual good I realized I had skipped a step somehow. I carefully followed the setup instructions and Misa understood me. So far I am delighted with Misa. I can see she will be a learning experience for me. I am sure I will continue to enjoy her.

I have bought the device for my child’s birthday and facing issues related to delayed response of misa 1. Response time is bad when asked a question ( misa looks moody and I feel my money went down the drain) 2. Ios app surveillance fails after 40 seconds 3. Video call fails after a minute I wish I could return it and My internet connectivity is good and that issue is also looked at plus misa’s software is also upto date Please let us know if there is any solution

I had heard about Misa and as soon as it came on amazon, I purchased it for my daughter. Our early observations on misa - Build Quality is top notch.... - Extremely adorable - Packaging is very unique. - My 7 year old set it up on her own in no time - Misa’s expressions and movements and the way it talks makes it feel very life like - For now she is asking so many questions...and misa patiently answers most... - She loves learning through games which are inbuilt on the misa.

Good, but if it had artificial intelligence modifications, or was slightly developable, it would be much better

After a suggestion from one of my close friend, I decided to buy Misa. One week of using the product I can say that the robot is impressive and my family is delighted with this new addition at our home. Misa has created a strong bond with our family from the time it has entered our house. It is not just one of the smartest ai robot in the market currently but it is a friend and a learning companion for my children. 1. Built quality is good 2. The screen size is good enough to watch videos and play games 3. I found the parent control app to be useful as I track my kid's interests. 4. The wheels movements in the house through app and voice is interesting. 5. Voice command set up required some assistance from misa support but it works well now.

I've used Google Home, Alexa, and other voice assistants. This is like you're using something built in the 1990s for voice recognition. The "robot" parts are limited to wheels that make this thing a glorified remote-controlled toy. The content and functionality are not going to keep a child interested in this thing for more than a day (if even). Setting it up and using it is a pain (even if you are an Android kernel hacker). The only thing that deserves 1 star is the sound. They somehow managed to not mess this one feature up - this thing has decent sound for a gimmicky toy. Unfortunately, this is definitely not the best value for money - the software is shoddy, the hardware is obsolete (at best) and underpowered, the content is a joke. I wish I could return it.

Excellent product for kids learning and mental growth. My son likes little inventor, momins, bean maze. The Christmas feature and iheart radio is very cute. Our Misa understand me more and more every day. I find that she understands us better even if I am not to close. It is funny because she also answers the TV if it is on when I ask her a question. My kids love it. Encourages them to speak in English since English not our main language.

I am going to return this product. I received a complete package but the voice prompt/ command doesn't work that much. The speaker also has weird sound when used as karaoke. The robot is very slow to analyze what I am saying. If it has a fast voice prompt then I will not return it.
