Great nail finder in pallets
Great little tool to find nails in pallet wood before going through the surface planer saving you the heart ache and money changing out your surface planer blades.

It works
When this came I thought no battery was included but on opening the battery cover there was a battery inside that needed the plastic removing. It works quite well without any problems so far. This is only for checking for any metal in wood before machining it.

Works very well at detecting nails in pallet wood would recommend for DIY woodworker cheaper than new planner blades

Actually impressed
I bought this to find nails in boards that need to go through the surface planer, I was a little sceptical at first but have to say not only did it find screws and nails I couldn't even see but it also found them in the board behind the one I was scanning!Wasn't expecting much for the price but would recommend this to anyone wanting to find nails in wood!

Not what was expected
Was sent out with a flat battery, so unable to set up properly. Will try again when I get a new battery. If not it will be on its way back.
