Very sturdy, but light, happy with purchase

Small but sufficient for my specific need. Wouldn't treat it rough but should hold up well for light usage. Only has single clamp, two would have been nice but again, works OK. Feel these types of items used to be a lot cheaper for the sme or sturdier quality. Can't fight every battle. Overall satified with what I got.

I purchased this because I have a similar portable file box that I like very much. This one seems fine — although the plastic seems less sturdy than the much older one I already have, and the latches feel lighter and less durable. Overall, I’m quite happy with this purchase. Prior to buying it, I noticed multiple reviews that complained about difficulties removing the label. Believe them! Not only is the label extremely difficult to remove, it’s placed on an area with ridges — meaning adhesive and bits of paper got stuck in the grooves. In the end, I ripped off the top layer of the label; Saturated the remaining adhesive with oil; and Returned in about an hour with alcohol pads — that, with some effort, removed the adhesive completely. It’s a decent file box that I’m happy with. It’s bizarre, though, that a company that specializes in office supplies has chosen to use such problematic labels.

I like this file box - it's sturdy and easy to use.

The box is functional and easy to use although the plastic is fairly thin. Most annoying is the fact that the manufacturer is not using easy release stickers, which I just don’t understand on a consumer product. I’m going to transport this to meetings and it looks crummy…now I gotta figure out how to get the adhesive and sticker backing off.

This is old school quality. I have one from decades ago and this new is the exact same box. Much better than the cheap ones typically sold by the office supplies

Très belle boîte de rangement pour nos dossiers. Peut contenir 25 chemises suspendues, mais attention, car cela dépends de la grosseur de vos dossiers, alors cela peut être moins. Très facile de le transporter. J'en ai commandé un noir pour mon conjoint et un blanc pour moi. Nous sommes très satisfait, on le recommande.

Made out of decent plastic, not the super-cheap crap. I really like the 2-stage flip latches which can't completely let go and dump your papers while you're carrying the box by the handle. Good design all around. Latches are also easy to operate for sore hands.
