Is there warranty on this?

The one I received had only the keyboard in the package. No Quick Start Guide. No manual. No anything else. If a warranty is implied or available, you'll have to look elsewhere for it.

Does the volume control revert back to desired setting when turns off and on ?

Yes it does revert back to the max 12 after turning the power off/on.

Is the aperfectlife right speaker supposed to not work? the replacement i ordered also the right speaker doesn't work. is this supposed to happen?

The one I bought for my granddaughter, the right speaker works, but doesn't seem to be as loud as the left.
