Good Quality Product
Beautiful wood, well constructed. Love the opening for the toes! Been very beneficial in keeping my ankles loose. Great for strengthening and toning ankles and calves. Great tool for many awesome core exercises!

Great for the aging runner with weak feet.
This board and accompanying excercises have strengthened my feet and ankles. I have skinny little paddle like feet and am not getting any younger. At 54 years old, I aim to complete my first marathon this december.I'v done many half marathons , but my feet and ankles have been problematic in past, especially in the 14+ long run range, so I am giving this a try. So far I have been able to work up to 16 mile run relatively pain free from foot/ankle perspective.If you are having issues with week feet or ankles , I would not hesitate giving this a try a try. It seemed expensive, and probably is , but, I do not regret this purchase at all!!!Jay Dicharry, an expert author on mobility , stability , and agility designed so you can be assure its based science backed principles.I will update this review as I put in longer runs closer to race day, am hoping this will be my secret weapon to staying healthy and strong.

Wood quality not great
The item grew moldy in a few weeks. I live in the tropics and near a forest.

Mobo board has helped me
I have had the Mobo board for a few weeks now. Following the exercises on Jay Dicharry's website for the Mobo board and on youtube, I find that I now have a greater connection between my big toe and my hip muscles, which helps me to activate my glutes when I'm running.

I am finding this adds a lot that a basic wobble board doesn't do.
