Long lasting and patch stays on if skin is lotion/oil free and dry. I buy these often when I find them on Amazon.Amazon needs to pack this in something sturdier than an envelope though.

I discovered these by receiving a pack as a gift and they are now my go to for any muscle discomfort. I’ve used on leg and arm. Very effective. Odor is much better than most. Stays on and removes easily.

These are very expensive, but they do work well. If the price was a little less this would be a 5+ product

I had a total knee replacement about 7 months ago and developed sciatica and medial knee pain after the surgery, which gives me a lot of discomfort. In looking for al alternative to Aleve and Tylenol, I stumbled across the Dragontree Muscle Melt Patches. The reviews were encouraging, but I was fairly skeptical these patches would actually help.I was pleasantly surprised that after I placed a patch, relief was almost immediate. I can’t even say what was going on, just that for several hours life was better.I would wear them every day if it was feasible. I could easily use 4 at a time to cover the areas that are currently cause me pain. However, that is almost $10 per day and very few people can afford that, so i’m regulating to less times per week.I like others wish there were more patches per envelope and options that were bigger. I am very pleased that pretty much when I put them one correctly, they stay put until I remove them.As an aside, I gave a few to my 95 year old father with debilitating arthritis in his painful knee and he felt they helped quite a bit. It’s just unfortunate we will have to ration them to an occasional usage.

My Q is why can't Amazon offer Next Day on these in NYC? All sorts of items we have no urgent need for, can be gotten overnight but not something that relieves agony. Bought it for a friend north of the city. He's getting it next day but I have to wait two to three days. Why?Been using them for years. Purchased about 25 times.My family has a zillion joint pains.We definitely are benefitted by these.Scent is pleasant and not loud like menthol analgesics which telegraph you're USING SOMETHING.You will not ever develop any altered mouth/taste issues as ones does with prescription lidocaine 5% patches.I'm a highly allergic person and these have posed no allergic reaction.Is it me though or are they less and less adhesive? Until 2022 I never needed to tape them on but now have to.And last but not least they have this new BIG SIZE.I didn't even realize they existed until I received them.Their own website doesn't introduce them and on Amazon there's no indication of LARGER-ness in the product title. What an improvement.I agree they are costly to use all the time. I stock up when their website offers bulk purchasing. They need to bring that to Amazon. Just offer packs of more than 4. Four is okay if you have a minor bike sprain but it's not for those of us with a lifetime of muscle tendon and joint issues.

I applied the patch to a sore hip. After an hour or so, my hip pain was not relieved, and it even felt worse! I took the patch off, leaving a patch shaped bright red mark. Perhaps I’m just allergic to the ingredients. It just didn’t work for me.

I have chronic spasms and pain in my shoulder, neck and upper back from arthritis=disc disease in my neck, plus pinched nerves. I've found capsicum patches to be extremely helpful for this, but these patches did very little, if anything, in comparison. Plus they're very small and expensive. I also didn't like the smell. It was powdery and old ladyish, whereas the capsicum patches usually smell like menthol.

I cut one of the patches in half and applied to the spasm between my shoulder blade and spine. I was expecting heat, such as the typical capsaicin-type patches. I was surprised. I felt no typical heat or ice, but I could tell something was going on - it seemed to reach deep into the spasm, and gave me relief, for at least 12 hours. I have a great sense of smell, and there was no odor with this patch. I recommend this product and plan to buy the cream too.
