Q: Is this the same arch support that has a 2r on the black side under spenco?

On the underside mine has a 3r and 3L. The 3 or 2 is the length size and the r & L is for right and left feet. I do like these arch supports. Have wore them for years.

Q: Are the insoles washable?

Yes, just like your sneaker shoes. They recommend soapy water, but you can also throw them in the washing machine too.
