If you like cheap plastic and things that are easily breakable, these are for you!
Man, they look pretty good, but these lasted exactly an hour and a half before breaking. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Not worth the cost of shipping.

The bar secures the tie tightly in its place. very reasonable price. The logo is just a little smaller than a penny but enough for my table to see, but would not mind a bigger logo, just because.

These broke after one day. The seller offered to send me another pair and I accepted, only I was never sent the replacement set.These are nice looking cufflinks, but cheaply made junk.I should add that the second pair I bought broke also.

Grips great, looks great!
I bought this tie clip along with a 4 pack of clips from another vendor. This clip works much better than those clips. As far as appearance goes, the house seal is about the size of a dime, which is perfect for my liking. I have recommended this product to coworkers who like it and will continue to do so.
