Not that I’m aware of. The Wally provides power to the dish to move/align it with the three satellites.

Is the winegard weather sealed?

Yes mine has been on roof of my RV thru rain high winds the texas ice storm of 2021 no Problems

Any suggestions on tv and internet together for my rv ?

The Dish Playmaker will work well for tv as long as you have a clear view of the southwest sky. If you are in a treed sight it may not be able to pick up a signal. Many RV parks have TV and internet available. Not in state run parks. You would be better off using their equipment. We used the hot spot on our phones for internet. That works ok but you need unlimited access for it to work right.

Can I use this dish on a boat?

Don't know for sure but the movement of the boat would make getting the transmission difficult. Your boat also has to have 120 volts AC for the system to work.
