Nice and strong spring replacement for my JD LA120 seat. I replaced both springs (only 1 was broken on my mower) and glad I did because otherwise the seat would be lop sided with one older spring on one side and this NEW one on the other. Trust me, if you need only one, get both so you have a whole new, LEVEL, seat.This does not come with the screws you may need. Re-use your old screws. This is just the spring, with nothing else.Hope you find this helpful.

I have a Cub Cadet mower. I have owned a John Deere mower before. The Cub Cadet seat rides like a hard bench. So I looked at the springs under the seat and some on a Deere at a local store. The Deere springs are much softer. Super easy to install with one screw and a socket rachet wrench. Now my Cub Cadet rides like a Deere. Smoooooth.

Much easier to install than I expected

PAIN RELIEF!! These fit my 3-year old John Deere S240 lawn tractor. They arrived while I was half way through mowing my large and very rough lawn. With the addition of one washer to each I had them mounted within five minutes and continued mowing. Marvelous!! I no longer feel like I've had a whole body beating with a baseball bat.
