Is the entire toilet ceramic (base and bowl) or is it just the bowl?

The pedestal base is plastic. the bowl is ceramic. The person saying all ceramic should delete their misinformation.

Installation says "connect water line to vacuum breaker and water supply to valve". i have one pipe in rv bathroom, water supply. how do i install?
