Very sleek and modern, unlike ordinary ab rollers. Very easy to assemble. No more than 30 seconds. Used it in my last workout and it works well. I like that it is bigger than most ab rollers as it allows me to roll without feeling like I’m too hunched over, and I’m able to focus on contracting my abs more. Have used the Vinsguir Ab Roller a couple of times now, to work out at home since we are unable to go to the gym. I was skeptical at first, but boy can this thing fire up your abs. It is well built and easy to assemble and includes a convenient knee pad, assembly instructions, and illustrations on how to use the ab roller correctly. Still waiting for the 6-Pack to show up though!

I bought this for my boyfriend based on the reviews I read to replace his old one. He took it out if the box and assembled it but the handles kept sliding off. I thought it was defective but upon reading other reviews that’s how it is I guess. Not a bad product as long as you can stabilize yourself enough to not lean one way or the other to prevent the handles from sliding off. We ended up keeping it and he likes the added challenge of the design 😅

Works good they should save money by not throwing in the little knee mat its tiny. Other than that great ab roller.

Great well made ab roller. I like that it has 3 wheels as oppose to the others that have only 2 wheels. 3 wheels add greater support and stability. I would definitely purchase again.

What I thought I would get was something that was okay but actually it was very very very nice excellent even say it was easy to put together even though they did give me instructions to make sure I wouldn't mess it up. The directions did help and I got it together I tested it out a couple times warming up before using and it carried my full body weight to the positions that would best help myself get back into shape. The one thing that I really liked about it is that fact is that it wasn't designed for me 40 years ago but me as I am now and I greatly appreciated the fact that I didn't wobble . I was in control of the device else when I was doing the exercises it was motivating to see that I could still do it.

This is a great ab roller! I love the 3 wheels. Very sturdy. I’m 135# and it’s perfect. My husband is 240# and he felt supported with this also. Definitely recommend!!

I have used one of these when I was younger. They are very effective when used properly. Previously I have used the single wheel. This is my first three-wheel ab-wheel and it is WONDERFULLY steady. However, as a 66yr old man, I am lucky to do a 1/2 rollout. I know what good workout pain feels like and refuse to work past that point. Use this device wisely. Be careful. Know your limits.
