The quality is very low! Some of these banners, the paper is literally thin construction paper!The HAPPY and BIRTHDAY banner are reusable as are the Foil spinners and very small (4 inch) tissue balls.Not very satisfied, but I didnt read the description too well...

Fun, little package contained plenty to decorate hubby’s office. Balls were smaller than I expected (my fault for not looking at dimensions), but they still worked really well with everything else.
