Need to get used to the snugness in the toe box
These shoes are great for my morning walks - they really support my feet and are very lightweight. The shoe is very stiff and presses on my right little toe, but it doesn't rub, so it's really not a problem. I was concerned about needing to break them in because so many reviewers said they would need that, but I took a long walk the first time I wore them and my feet were very comfortable the whole time.

The heel and arch support I need
The shoe fits and I'll definitely be wearing it! The Vionic Women's Walker Classic provides the amount of heel and arch support I need and make my tired, sensitive feet feel soothed and protected. Standing is more sustainable and the discomfort that can occur from walking is lessened significantly for me--good for the "sole" you might say. 😊

WALKING SHOES
So far they are good shoes and good for my feet but, after purchasing these, I have another Tennis Shoe that are Vionics that I bought about 6 months ago. The front tip I notice is already breaking away from the shoe. I just hope these don’t do the same. If so, I’ll have to break away from the Vionics.

Worth every penny!
Update: The first pair I bought was amazing. I raved over them. My friend bought a pair and they were like walking on rocks. Every pair afterwards hurt my feet so badly I couldn't possibly wear them. I gave up on my third pair. I don't really understand.Original review: I couldn't brag on these shoes enough! They were recommended in an article for plantar fasciitis so I took a chance. In the beginning, I didn't think they were comfortable, yet they weren't uncomfortable. They just felt different. I also didn't really feel they were making a difference for a while. Then one day I noticed, after my work break, I didn't hardly hobble when I first stood up. Then I really started to notice when I felt like being more active AFTER work instead of wanting to rest my feet. My plantar fasciitis isn't gone, but they've helped so much I don't want to go without them.

Good walking sneaker
I found that I need to where them with a thicker sock. I normally wear a seven med width. The toe was right where it is supposed to be but the top is a bit wider than I thought. Overall they are comfortable and are a great help to straighten my leg after full knee replacement and relives some pressure on my spine and sciatic nerve.

Great Design but the sole at the toes does not last past 16 wks
This is my second pair of these shoes, I love the way they fit and they are nice looking. The main issue I have with them is that they wear out quickly on the toes (on the underside of the shoe). I purchased these on Dec 30th and received them the first week of January. I walk about 3-4 miles a day around our subdivision (Monday to Friday) the terrain is sidewalks and paved roads. These shoes began showing wear in the toe by the end of March, here it is the 19th of April and if I step in a water puddle, the water makes it through now. This happened to the first pair as well but I had not realized there was a hole in the bottom until I walked in a puddle so I am not sure how long I had the hole at the bottom. I am really disappointed because I have an arch that is very painful and even with custom orthotics, these shoes had provided an amazing amount of support. However I can not afford to pay this amount of money every 16 weeks or so.

Best shoe I have ever owned
What an amazing design. I have Planar fasciitis and a really bad knee and these shoes have made such a difference for me, I can walk almost pain free, they help with my balance even. They look nice but oh it's what's inside that really just makes such a huge difference, the support and shape of the insole and interior of the shoe. I just bought my third pair and have worn almost no other shoe for the last 3 years since finding these. HIGHLY recommend if you have foot, ankle and knee issues like I do!!

I can walk again without pain!
I haven’t been able to step on my heal for months. Tried every insert available including $800 for Mr Good Feet and nothing helped. The Vionic shoe was a huge success and can’t believe the difference! I went to a podiatrist who recommend Birkenstock and Vionic and he was absolutely right! I choose the Vionic walking shoe and happy I did! Doesn’t matter what I wear or don’t ware my feet will hurt so bad I can barely take a step. I put in the Vionic Walker and step with ease. I will never wear anything else now. They’ve saved my knees and back as well.
