I have had this bag for a while now and pack it on every vacation! Took this on a cruise with me and it came in handy for our excursions. Best purchase ever!

This is my second Venture Pal 35L light weight backpack. I use this when I travel on long and short trips that will hold everything I want to take on the plane, i.e. headphones, jacket, iPad, glasses, etc.. My first bag has lasted for over 5 years and I am replacing it because the waterproofing layer is starting to come off. Everything else is still working fine. All the other bags I looked at with the same capabilities were about twice the price and heavier weight. I like the fact that there is a chest strap to help relieve stress on the back and neck. The only negative thing I can say about it is that the mesh water bottle holders are not deep enough and so when you have a tall water bottle, they have a tendency to fall out. I’ve solve this problem by having the side strap over the top of the bottle and also using a carabiner connected to the top zipper and attached to the water bottle ring. Not only does this secure the water bottle, but it also helps secure the top pocket.

The Venture Pal 35L Ultralight Backpack is fantastic for travel and outdoor activities. It’s incredibly lightweight and folds up nicely, making it super convenient to pack and carry. The style is nice, and the color was absolutely gorgeous. While the padding on the straps isn’t great, it’s still comfortable to use—just remember that this backpack is designed to be lightweight and packable. A big plus is that the straps are adjustable enough to fit my significant other, who is 6’7”, so it works well for different body types. One thing to keep in mind is that it has zero internal organization, so if you like compartments, you may need to use packing cubes or pouches. Despite that, it’s a durable, versatile bag that’s perfect for day trips, hiking, or as an extra travel bag.
