Mother nature can sure be a nasty beast can't she? I was breaking out in horrible sweats.....I mean dripping! My temper was very hard to control. Someone would look at me wrong and I would cry. I couldn't take it anymore and went to my doctor. He was pretty amused while I sat there dripping sweat all over his floor telling him of all the horrors and how I was just sure I was going insane. Nope. Not going insane, just premenopausal. So he says I am too young and doesn't want to put me on hormones as of yet and told me to go buy wild yam and take it twice a day. I did. It's a miracle. Things do not bother me like they did. I feel calm. I still break out in sweats but nothing like I did. I sleep better. I've heard stories but I never dreamed hormones could screw you up so badly until it happened to me. I feel like a new person now. I buy these two at a time so I make sure to never run out.

Good for hot flashes, I take with Dim. By itself it didn't take them away

The product I ordered was 2 packs of wild yam 425mg 180vcaps each. I only received 1 bottle of wild yam and 1 bottle of gotu kola. I would still like my second bottle of wild yam in which I paid for. Besides this everything else was great. Please email me wit what I need to do next to get the product I paid for. I will change my rating to 5 stars if I get what I paid for.
