These badge printers arn't the greatest. They are pretty finicky but get the job done.

The drivers for this printer are excessively difficult to install, and the errors you get during printing are more vague than a Picasso piece. The worst part was dealing with the ink ribbon which ... lets be honest ... no printer built after 2000 should be using ribbon ink anymore. The only thing I can say for certain is that the image-editing software for the badge printer works as expected and the print quality is good. I strongly advise getting better supported printers though. To actually "calibrate" the ink ribbon sensor required finding an extremely obscure debugging-command line with horrendously obscure command syntax. Literally the worst, least user-friendly printer software I have ever seen. At least it has worked well ever since and I have not had to touch it.

We purchased the Badgy 200 to print ID cards for new employees. We provide home healthcare to seniors and it is important for our badges to be easy to recognize and read. The Badgy does both for us very well. We only print 5-7 cards per week, so we don't need a high volume printer and this only takes minutes to print. We are very happy with the resolution, color, and clarity.The software is easy to use and we are able to use photos taken from a webcam, cellphone, or taken from social media sources. It is a very simple process.As for support, we had a problem with our PC not recognizing the printer when we first installed. We contacted technical support and they got back to us within 12 hours and fixed the issue very quickly. This is much better customer service than I've had with other tech companies.We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this to others.

I went back and forth on whether or not to get the Bronze or Silver software. The difference is about $250 if you purchase on amazon. Without any ability to demo the product you are left guessing on the features and if they will be what you need.I went with the Bronze software and after using it decided I needed the Silver to be able to import CSV files. Their internal database software is very cumbersome and hard to use. You must build each column and data set 1 by 1. No ability to tab through or copy paste data base entries ect.When I decided to upgrade the price looked to be $400 which was odd because the difference on Amazon was only $250. When I talked to their customer service about the price difference they said "you should have bought it through us then we might be able to help you". I BOUGHT IT THROUGH THEIR AMAZON STORE!! I'm already a customer. I purchased their product and now they are jacking up the price on me. The person at customer service for BONDO was the rudest person I have ever talked to in customer service from the get go. Sierra was un willing to even see how odd this was and basically said "tough luck" and escalated to a supervisor who "might" call me back.If there is ANY other software that you can get for this printer I suggest using that. BONDO is a terrible company and has TERRIBLE Customer service.

We use the badgy 200 for school staff badges. Easy to use and create badges. My computer crashed and I lost some of my files. I called support and was very very impressed with the response time and the time it took to get it back up. I talked to Angelo, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and software. Thank you, Angelo! I just knew I would be on the phone waiting for support at least an hour. Took about 10 minutes.

We use this for printing out employee badges. It *almost* prints to the edge as in the description. In order to have it print more brilliantly, I need to saturate my designs first.On the upside, I printed off a fake Mclovin ID with my picture on it and the mini golf lady gave me $2 off the regular price.

J'ai travaillé pendant longtemps avec une imprimante qui coute trois fois le prix de la Badgy 200 mais la qualité était très médiocre. Avec la Badgy qui coutait moins cher, j'étais sûr que j'allais être déçu mais c'est le contraire qui s'est produit. En plus, peut importe l'arrière plan que vous pouvez choisir, elle le sort sur la carte impeccablement.J'imprime régulièrement des cartes pour mes clients en moyenne une quinzaine par mois.I was very pleasantly surprised. I worked for a long time with a printer that cost three times as much as the Badgy 200, but the quality was very mediocre. With the affordable Badgy, I was sure I was going to be disappointed, but the opposite happened. In addition, whatever background you choose, it comes out on the card impeccably.I regularly print cards for my customers, on average about fifteen a month.

NO FUNCIONO, DESDE EL PRINCIPIO NO RECONOCIO LA CINTA ORIGINAL QUE VENIA CON LA IMPRESORA Y NO LLEGO CON LA CAMARA QUE APARECE EN LA IMAGEN

Cette imprimante ne fonctionne déjà plus et j'ai toujours eu des problèmes avec et maintenant ça semble très compliqué de renvoyer cette article pour être remboursé.. vraiment déçu pour un produit de plus de 1000$ ...
