Solgar L-Glutamine, 500 mg - 100 Capsules

I've been using Solgar's L-Glutamine for a while now, and I'm impressed with the results. The quality of Solgar products is always consistent, and this supplement is no exception. I've noticed a significant improvement in my muscle recovery time, and I also feel like my immune system is stronger

After years of digestive intolerance- i decided to try along with berberine 1-2 times daily. After using once a day in the morning for about 4 months, I at some-point I realized that I had had very few instances of the “burp monster”….. which used to be almost daily. I was less bloated as well. Additionally I lost about 6 pounds ( i added a little activity but not enough to explain the 10yr plus stuck weight.)

I really love this product. I was taking one tablet in the morning for a week so I could work myself up to More. I have a sensitive stomach so I was worried it would bother me if I took too much. I truly believe this gave me the little bit of energy I needed through out the day. It also kept my mind out of a fog. There were a few days I forgot to take it and I felt like I had a brain fog and was very tired.
