How large is the flat cooking area (before the sides start to slope upward)?

It’s about 12 inches but it is the biggest skillet I have found in years. It slopes up gently and I have found it large enough to do 6 slightly pounded out chicken breasts. I am thrilled with it so far. I have bought and returned a lot of skillets til I found this one.

where can you fin a lid for the 14'' skillet?
