Good product

This may work fine for a document camera, but it is useless for scanning books. Software has very few options, and is difficult to figure out how to use. The documentation is laughable and in broken English. The default flattening and fingerprint removal distort the book pages and block out whole sections of the text - and there's no way to turn them off! Don't waste your money.

I found out that you have a website and I downloaded the newer version of the software and installed it. The software interface looks better, and the OCR works a lot better.

I had made a holder for my phone so I could do this same thing I was hoping it could error correct for lense distortion so I could use it as a 2d sheet metal scanner. But cameras are off on parts bigger then like 3"by3" I was hoping to scan parts and adjust the picture like with book flattening but that was a no-go. I'd does need a lot of light I found other than it not working for me it works good and quick for books v

This is probably the best document scanner I’ve ever used. It’s durable and the build quality is top notch. The camera is very clear and high quality as well. I will be recommending this to my friends!

The software disc didn’t work nor the English language download

Very low tech. . .but gets the job done and saves a fortune on text books so you can just rent and return!

Very disappointed 1) website software at joyusing.com for download does not operate and pulls up some sort of syntax error 2) CD / disc insulation that came with product is outdated and does not have all the features ( ie OCR/speech to text capabilities) , 3) software just completely crashes / closes after trying to scan 3/4 pages of book 4) light on camera just will not stay on while trying to scam pages.

Super easy to use. Excellent photo quality. Black and colour work well. Like pdf size and love it has different file formats to save it to. Only file format missing is compact/compressed pdf. Highly recommend

Me agrada la resolución y el fácil manejo u operación. Pero no me gusta mucho la iluminación utilizando la lámpara que tiene integrada porque no abarca la superficie completa de una hoja tamaño carta, menos una A3

It work but is not clear at the perimeter (for A3formate) and when I used the led light I have the mirror effect ( return light ) . Also the software d'ont work in book scan mode ( the scanned pages are crucked ) .
