This is actually my second time buying these, and I can't recommend them enough! I originally bought one for myself, and it has been a lifesaver for my neck pain. They are incredibly easy to use—you just pop them in the microwave to heat them up, and they hold the warmth beautifully. Because I loved mine so much, I bought this 2-pack as a gift for my family. They absolutely love them, too! It’s a fantastic, reliable product that really helps soothe sore muscles.

I have used Bed Buddies for years. I slip a clean white athletic sock on as a cover I can wash when needed. In the winter I take one or two to bed with me just to get snuggly warm when I go to bed. These are great for any one with a pain anywhere. The heat increases the blood supply to the area that bothers you. Great for Headaches, Neck Pain & more. The size is perfect. I think they say you came also use them cold- I have not. Just DI NOT exceed the time recommended. If you do the stuff inside may get a Burnt smell. If you DO need to increase the Time- Do It Gradually. Remember in Winter they may need a little longer to heat up. These are one of my favorite things in Life. I cuddle them when I hop in bed & fall asleep much quicker. I have even used them for a toothache & any other Pains. I warm them a little for my Grandchildren when they sleep over in winter. You need to watch the temperature & DO NOT let them warm them. TELL them “They might catch fire “ because YOU KNOW EXACTLY HOW LONG TO HEAT THEM. They last a long time if you watch The Temp you Microwave them.

We’ve owned a pair of Bed Buddy’s for many years,…and liked them so much! Bought this new pair and tried one (heat) last night,…neck. We’re using an 1100w microwave. Followed the instructions by putting small glass bowl with about 1/4 cup of water in with folded Buddy as specified. Per instructions, we were to heat for max of 37 seconds (at 1200w), so roughly we could go 45 seconds. But when we did, although you could feel moist warmth in the Buddy, it just wasn’t warm enough. So, I opted for 1 min. 15 seconds,…which produced better results for Buddy warmth, with no side effects. I used the warmed Buddy for about 20 minutes on my neck. Very satisfied with the product. If, by overheating per instructions, I affect product performance (durability/longevity) over time,…I’ll just buy another (or pair), and certainly not say anything negative about the product or manufacturer. We’ve had our original ones for 15 years….and yes, we “wore them out”,…but they served us well. These new ones have stitches in them that hold the warming material into divided areas, whereas the old ones were one long “sock” that allowed the material to move freely from end to end. You’ll like this new design, too, I’m pretty sure.

Love them for my neck pain. Heat up easily and heat lasts for awhile.

Love these for heat on my sore back. 2 minutes in the microwave and perfect amount of heat, covers the area on my back or my husband'sshoulder. Pe4fect weight to keep in place. I accidentally left one on the couch and my puppy chewed a hole in it. I easily fixed with needle and thread but decided to order 2 more so my husband and son could each have their own.

I wouldn't make it through the winter without a Bed Buddy around. Pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes and use the heated wrap in any way that makes me feel warm. Often I let it hang down my back (under heavy garments and over a layer or clothes so as not to get burned). I can sit on the couch or in front of my computer and have instant warmth that lasts for enough time to take the chill away. I have a drafty cold apartment, and about 10 minutes before bedtime, I slip one under the covers, so that when I crawl in, the warm spot takes away the shock of bare legs hitting icy cold sheets and soon creates a cozy cave to sleep in. One must be careful not to let it be in close contact with bare skin for more than a couple of minutes. You can burn yourself. I often hold it between my knees for awhile which seems to send heat through my entire body. But need to keep moving it around until it cools down a lot. I've had these helpful lifesavers for about 20 years, it seems. Eventually they get soiled and sometimes a hole appears and they go in the trash. I try to keep at least one extra on hand at all times.

Item works well, retains heat and contours to any part of the body.

Wow, 5 stars for first usage by both of us, heats well, also retains the heat well and is so nice and soft on a painful neck, we used to use a well known product before this purchase but this Bed Buddy has put that companies product to shame. We really like this product, so thank you for such a wonderful heating pad, love also its wrap around ability.

Instructions were difficult to locate as process is different from other heat packs. Otherwise, product is great.

This wrap can useful for neck, shoulder...this is my second time buying it. Because buy double is better price.

Been using this brand for over 30 years and I prefer them to the other brands. Stays warm for quite a bit and last a long time.
