May want to take as going to sleep at night as taste can be burped up. Hasn’t helped with bacterial issue as others had described it had them.

I was taking this product for something else. I had been having an reaction to some meds for rosacea and it had turned my face a beat red and kept peeling. I had been told totake 4 a day. My face soon started clearing up and healing. I bought a new bottle and reduced the amount I was taking to two a day. I was afraid to go out in the heat because myface would turn so red and big hives would appear under the skin and have fever in them. I now can go out in the sun and my face might turn red but no hives or swelling or fever.If I am going to be out a lot I take two before I go and 2 after I get back. I still have the little blood vessels showing but not the hives or burning. I have had a little puffiness on mycheeks but it went away really fast and you couldn't really tell that it was there.I still wear make-up with sunscreen when I go out but I am allergic to so much this has really been a blessingto me to find something that would help. I am sure it won't help everyone but it certainly helped me a lot.

Helps with candida and yeast! There's a test you can do that specifies what will work on your candida/yeast for me it was this and bereberine - not olive leaf or garlic. If I feel a yeast infection coming on taking a dose of this prevents it from emerging. Fantastic!

Order in advance because this company takes forever. The product is amazing. Just remember to take with food. I have had digestive issues for 7 years and this along with a diet change has helped immensely.
