too much powder
I have used this product for sometime now. I believe it helps my knees move without pain. So I have no complaint about it except the last two bottles I have received have powder in the bottle itself.....not just the capsules. Just curious if anyone else had this issue and is it safe? I have taken them and had no adverse reactions.

It's sulfate!
Besides using a reputable brand always make sure you get glucosamine sulfate and not glucosamine hydrochloride which is a scam!

Shockingly helpful for osteoarthritis.
I was very skeptical that this would help. I have bad osteoarthritis in 6 of my fingers and I'm an analyst so I need to type all day, every day. I was (it seemed) constantly running my hands under hot water and running on stinky creams, along with pain relievers, just to get through the day.I've been taking this a couple of weeks and am already experiencing a big difference. I take two capsules each morning when I wake up. I can't say that I'm pain free, but I have significantly less pain and am able to work without issue. I'm hoping it continues to get better overtime but even if it stays like it is now, I will be satisfied.
