This is an excellent little machine. It is sturdy, compact and easy to use and you can move it around from room to room. I guess come summer I can put it on the patio! It came set up so ready for instant use. The stepping is quite resistant which is good and it works up the heart rate. Great alternative to being a TV couch potato. This one has no handlebar so good for engaging the core as well - stay near to something to hold on to as you get used to it. Am very pleased with it

I have used this stepper for over a month now and very sturdy and provides a good workout. Yes, it is quiet and you do sometimes need some oil (supplied) to ensure you keep it that way. The only issue is the resistance bands are held on with a clip that if you catch it a certain way when exercising will come off at a very great velocity as mine did and created a hole in our conservatory roof. The positive has to be that the company responded to my issue and offered some more bands and apologised and will review the development of the bands and that is why I gave it 4 stars as otherwise it would have been 5.

I was really impressed with this little machine when I first got it. Sturdy, easy to use, and definitely does its job of getting your heart pumping a bit! Unfortunately, after a few months of reasonably frequent use, part of the welding on the bottom of it came loose, and it broke. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the customer support was absolutely incredible. Really quick to reply, and immediately sent out a new machine without me needing to return the old one. Everything is still working perfectly with the new one, so fingers crossed it was just a bad apple last time. I'll update this review if that changes, but I would certainly buy with the confidence that if you are unlucky enough to experience an issue then you'll be well taken of.

The stepper is an excellent product and looks exactly as described by seller. It is solid, well built, durable, and easy to handle. We encountered no problem using it at first, and as time passes, we are becoming increasingly accustomed to its use. The product is doing exactly what we envisioned before buying it and we highly recognise the benefit it continues to bring to our lives. I will advise every one who is considering owning one to go ahead and get it without second thoughts. For me i am certainly proud I have invested in the product. Thank you to the makers!

This is a robust stepper. It requires no assembly. The stretchy resistance tubes aren't very good. I think they are unnecessary - I find it better to use a light dumbbell rather than the bands which seemed either too long or too short. The stepping action is smooth , its not noisy but there is a noise as the foot plate returns to the starting position . Its not excessive or unacceptable. I have used the stepper every day for about a month.I can feel that my leg muscles have been working and they might a little more toned. I would not expect to 'see' results for perhaps another month. There is a timer , step counter and calorie counter on the display until . It comes with a little carpet mat ( nylon type carpet) . The stepper doesn't take up a great deal of room - easy to keep in the corner or under a table when not in use . It's great for using when watching TV and actually quite enjoyable . I probably would not recommend if you have balance or frailty issues as one feels quite elevated when standing on the stepper. Overall a good product, it does provide a workout and it's quick and easy just to get it out , use, and put away again . I have found that because it's compact and doesn't have to be stored under a bed or in a cupboard - I actually use it ! * update on my review . I have now had the stepper for nine months and it squeaks and creaks so much during use ( oiling and tightening has not solved the problem). This has really put me off using the stepper - creaks and squeaks irritate me and other people !

I love this product it worked well with sporadic use for a short period of time. And then it broke. Nordic lifting equipment support have been excellent in sorting out replacement when I didn't think it was possible given the warranty conditions. Customer service like this is rare hence the reason I've scored it five stars !!!

An OK stepper to use, simple and not too squeaky. However, the rear stabilising leg has broken with barely 20 hours use. I note some other units have broken where the central frame joins the legs so could be a poor material choice as the unit is under a lot of torque. Update: Returned the first unit and got a replacement. This has broken in the same place after 100 minutes use. I'll get something else as these are not fit for purpose.

If limited on space and the gym is not easy to get to, you can't go too far wrong with one of these. I use mine for a 20 minute warm up in the morning before I head to the gym (time is at a premium in the mornings before work). It's simple and does the job. Follow the maintenance guide and be sure to check the nuts and bolts and oil the correct parts once a month to keep it running smooth and silent. Do not oil the pistons! The instructions don't require you to, but I've come across people who seem to think it's a good idea. It's not. Only criticism I have is that the foot plates could do with being a little bigger; I have size 8 feet and my shoes just about fit on the steps and even then, I have to overhang my heels a tad, hence the loss of one star. There are cheaper ones out there but I put my trust in NordicTrack and paid a few quid more because I've seen their kit in private/commercial gyms, so they must be pretty good.

Me parece un producto estupendo. Es muy robusto. Los pedales son grandes y cómodos y sobre todo, tienen mucho recorrido con lo que el ejercicio que se hace es mucho más efectivo. La presión de cada pedal es uniforme y la fuerza que hay que emplear está muy bien calibrada. Además, el fabricante tiene el detalle de incluir una bolsa con lubricante por si, más adelante, se necesita. No puedo opinar sobre las bandas de resistencia porque aún no las he probado, pero parecen de calidad, a juego con el producto. Hasta ahora no puedo ponerle ningún pero. Los hay más baratos, pero si se puede pagar un poco más, en mi opinión, merece la pena. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Straight out of the box ready to go. Makes no noise and doesn't take up much space. It is exactly what it is supposed to be and works exactly the way it should. A great investment and I just know it will deliver from a fitness and losing weight standpoint. Sadly, I needed to return this because the struction metal park of the machine broke and the stepper no longer steps.. I am a heavy man, I weigh 144KG and I know the info says that it takes up to 150KG, I can confirm it does not. I honely am very sad as this was so perfectly simple and covered everything I needed.

Den Stepper habe ich bis jetzt noch nicht lang aber bis jetzt ist er leise und man kann es prima vor dem Fernseher verwenden. Die expander benutze ich nicht. Ist mir koordinativ noch zu anstrengend. Aber man kommt auch super ins schwitzen. Werde ich auf jeden Fall jetzt öfter benutzen. Nach 20 Minuten sind die Beine schon richtig gut beansprucht. Zum abnehmen prima. Klar natürlich muss auch die Ernährung stimmen.
