You could fit pint Mason jars inside but I think quarts would be too tall.

It's more of a brown red.. great color.

It definitely can't! Picture does no justice regarding actual size. Can possibly hold 6 tube socks depending on how their placed inside. Purchasing this was a true disappointment.
