If you follow the instructions it’s really easy to set up. You don’t need party planners and hired decor.Only be careful with the installation because a Garland of 128 balloons is quite heavy. We had to use a lot of additional tape to get it to stay in place.

Alot of baloons.
Does the job for party decoration but mind that it does not have enough ballon glue/stickers in it.Also small ones can not be blown by human powered lungs =)))You need a pump for this one.
